Store Collect / Purchase
⚠️ Only customers who have received the “Ready for Pickup” notification may come to the store for collection.
If you have not received the notification or wish to visit the store for purchase, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp (6462 2122) in advance.
📍 Store Pickup Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00–18:00
- Saturday: 10:00–13:00
- Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
📦 Order Processing & Notification
We require 1–2 working days to process your order. Once your items are ready, we will notify you by email. Please present this email upon pickup for verification.
📌 Storage Period & Handling Fee
- A 14‑day free storage period applies from the date the item becomes available for pickup.
- From Day 15 onward, a storage fee of $20 per item per day will be charged, payable upon collection.
- If the item remains uncollected for 60 days, it will be considered abandoned without further notice. Overdue orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
SF Express Delivery Details
The products are all first-hand brand new products.
Products purchased at Bombuyman are shipped via SF Express:
-Free shipping across Hong Kong for orders over HKD $600.
-For orders under HKD $600, a shipping fee of $30 is automatically charged by the system.
After receiving the order confirmation email, the goods will be arranged to be shipped out within 1 to 2 working days.

*SF Smart Lockers have size restrictions. If the system recognizes that your order is too large for Smart Lockers, the system will automatically remove some of the Smart Locker options

Other Additional Charges
To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, please be aware of the following situations that may incur additional charges, which will be borne by the buyer:

Staircase Surcharge:
Applicable when: The pickup/delivery location does not provide suitable elevator facilities, requiring the use of stairs for collection/delivery.
Fee: HKD $100 per floor
Note: Only applicable to items weighing ≤80KG, and the staircase condition must be suitable for carrying.

Waiting Time Surcharge:
Applicable when: Upon arrival of the delivery vehicle, loading/unloading cannot be carried out immediately due to reasons on the customer's side.
Fee: First 30 minutes free, thereafter HKD $60 per hour
Note: Maximum waiting time is 90 minutes. Beyond 90 minutes, collection/delivery will be rescheduled for another day. Less than one hour will be rounded up to one hour.

Pallet Assembly/Disassembly Service Fee:
Applicable when: Loose cartons need to be palletized or palletized goods need to be de-palletized into loose cartons.
Fee: HKD $200 per pallet
Note: Maximum pallet dimensions are 1.21.21.8 meters; maximum weight per pallet is 500 kg. The fee includes the pallet.

Multi-Stop Service Fee:
Applicable when: There is more than one pickup/delivery location.
Fee: HKD $250 per additional location

Pre-order Notice
•If your order contains both pre-order/in-stock items, it will be dispatched automatically when all products arrive. To avoid processing delays, we appreciate if you could separate your order if you need the available items immediately.
•No refunds will be accepted for pre-ordered products
7 Day Return Policy
•Non-human damage can be *returned* within 7 days
•Any exchange can be only at the same or higher price, otherwise we'll not refund for the price difference.
•Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are borne by the buyer
•No returns or exchanges for sale items, clearance items, or custom-made products
•We do not accept application for return due to personal reason
•Balanced imported goods are not subject to maintenance
•Return/exchange cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- The item has been opened, or the packaging is damaged, such as: defaced, malfunctioning, damaged, worn, scratched, scratched, or soiled
- Slight damage to the outer packaging does not affect the quality of the product itself
- The returned product package is incomplete and the components/accessories are not complete
- Malicious or mass returns/exchange
